Positives:
Very nice staff, near the night Bazaar, and good-sized room with a large balcony.
Negatives:
1- I got the deluxe room which is supposed to be a top room, but it had 3 main problems: The balcony door didn't close, the bathroom faucet was broken and the shower was as high as my chest while I am an average height guy. They fixed the first two but never fixed the shower even though I spoke with the maintenance person and the manager lady.
I did see reviews about fixing and not fixing somethings, but I ignored them and had to pay for it :(
2- They cleaned the room as best as they could but the towels and rugs are worn out and grayish, also they didn't smell so good.
Despite the fact that staff is wonderful in that hotel, I will not go back there because it's not practical for me. It's not expensive but not that cheap either. For the same price or less, I can get a decent room with zero maintenance issues near by.
Please check the room before the guest arrives.
