Convenient to old Chiang Mai, nightlife

Have stayed there on holidays for 2 years. Superior room is simple, spacious, very pleasant. Hotel managed by very friendly and efficient manager. New ownership is raising prices and not offering any discounts for long stays, even in off-season, while allowing hotel to deteriorate. For long stays, can probably do better than pay $700/month here, which is high for guesthouse.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great value.
We had only planned to stay one night and ended up spending three. It's only a five minute walk from the night bazaar and tons of restaurants close by. It's off on a little side street though so was a... อ่านต่อ

Good for short stay.
It was pleasant enough. The manager was welcoming, The room o.k. with a bath that worked. Water did come through the ceiling for a short time but I believe that is sorted. The location is very good .... อ่านต่อ

Terrible
Place has a terrible smell and is infested with Mosquitos. Rooms are worn and run down. No re investment from owners. Would NOT recommend staying here.

Nice Quality Price, nice location
Nice place to be between the Night Bazard and the Taipai Door. Also near the lady's bars.

Comfortable guesthouse near night market.
It's good for the price, for 1-2 nights, located in small alley and walk distance to the night market.
