Good view, nice hotel but not enough staff

Everything for this hotel was perfect except staff. There's not enough staff to serve you right away when you want the service, such as when you call for pick you up at villa, it takes 10minutes of waiting or when u want to clear the dinning area at your villa, no staff to do it!!!! At the breakfast line you have to wait 10 minutes just for setting your table.

Excellent hotel I've been to
