Excellent stay with impeccable service

I love my stay at COMO Point Yamu and it was everything I had expected and more. It was my friend's and my first time staying at a COMO resort and we were there to surprise my friend for her birthday. Our butlers Nutty and Jane provided excellent service and we were pleasantly surprised every step of the way - from the quality of amenities and activities in house to the thoughtful touches by the service crew - for eg chocolates by the bedside or constant refill of iced water when we were lazing by the pool. They even managed to retrieve our watermelon float which had floated out of our pool at our private villa into the forest below and returned it to us! (we didn't tell them that our pool had dropped down so we have no idea how they knew the float belonged to us). They helped us with the planning of several surprises and did such a wonderful job. The resort is gorgeous, the rooms are clean, and everything was just splendid. Thank you for the marvellous experience, team COMO Point Yamu
