WORST SERVICE EVER ROOM WAS NOT FUNCTIONAL

Reservation was cancelled by hotel unknown to us upon arrival at 22:15 before curfew at 23:00. They told us to pay walk in rate. I paid just to find out that rooms are non functional with no lights no refrigerator. My assistant and I had to go look for rooms at 22:40pm 20mins before curfew. I dont need to deal with clueless people at this hour of the night. The hotel has 3 months in preparation for staff to get the hotel ready. So dont complain that govnt shut the country down. Because your service is terrible after all these rest time!

Good stay
The hotel looks new and well maintained, everything in room was originated however I prefer to add more pillows and to be more comfortable. Additionally the breakfast is so limited to few dishes wish... อ่านต่อ

Don’t go to buriram
Before checking in they gave me a small from several persons used thermometer which they cleaned only with some handlotion and I had to put it direct on my skin - disgusting disgusting disgusting!!!!!... อ่านต่อ

Nice hotel for the area
Had some family business in the area, nice hotel with a pool next to the main highway, breakfast is a bit limited but satisfactory. Nothing around within walking distance but as I say its not a touris... อ่านต่อ
