The worst hotel

Firstly, the receptionists were not helpful enough compared to those in other hotels. My mom and I enetered your hotel with heavy bags and couldn't push the door but they just stared at me doing nothing.
Secondly, my room was vacummed everyday. When I got back to my roo I saw a lot of dust around the corner. And I got bitten by mosquitoes so many times during sleep. It was terrible.
