The worst hotel i've been

First the check-in process took an hour, nobody else there, only us.
When enter the room, no toothbrushes and they never give us any (we already ask 2 times).
We stay for 2 nights and they never clean up the room and never add the mineral water
The second day no water. We ask mineral water to brush our teeth (we bought toothbruses at 7-11), but they charge 180 bath for 3 mineral water. We said: "the water in the bathroom cannot run!!!!" We checked out immediately after that.
Don't stay there.

Average hotel with average standard

Dirty
The location is the best. Can't complain about that, but it is so dirty. There was a used teaspoon on the coffee tray. My husband said that he feels like he will get sick if we stay another day.. Unf... อ่านต่อ

Stayed here many times and lack of maintenance showing in rooms. Air con not that good, blocked basin drains, dirty walls.. The pool area is awesome and location awesome
