ripped off and scammed

upon arrival at the resort I was told they had sold my room to another couple and the hotel was now full. Even though I had paid for 5 nights in full the only option given to me was to stay at the owners brother's hotel. The brother's hotel was old and rundown more like a building site and didn't have a swimming pool which I'd chosen the other resort for. The women at Peaceful Resort were rude and very unhelpful and wanted me out of receptions as soon as possible so the problem would go away. This resort was my worst hotel experience in Thailand. The people who own this resort are NOT like the kind, hospitable, Thai family's that I've had the pleasure of meeting. This was a very bad experience and definitely not Peaceful

Not very peaceful and double booked or room!

Fabulous pool in location close to beach
Big rooms (we stayed in a bungalow) with good location - 5 min walk to beach. Awesome big pool - could not fault it. Would definitely stay here again.
