Wonderful staff and views!

Owner met us with cold water and Laos immigration forms after a long day on the bus. She even organized transportation to the border early the next day. The views from the room balconies cannot be beat. Beds are a bit hard, but that's to be expected in Thailand. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.
