The room descriptions for all bungalows on Agoda state that there is a sea view. In fact, the cheaper bungalows have a parking lot view... when we pointed out the misleading info the owner said that they are still close to the beach. And that we are the first to complain and what did we expect for 500 baht. We expected accurate info! Ended up paying extra for the beachfront ac bungalow. During the course of which the OWNER Sue tried to explain that she is not the boss but only works there... The location on Agoda is also wrong - the bungalows are further down South, which is not a bad thing, but again - misleading. Rooms were not cleaned once during our 5-day stay. No trashcans emptied (especially annoying since all toilet paper needs to go there, not to the toilet), no toiletpaper, no floors swept. The overall attitude of the owner is weird though - an example being a 'threat' that if you buy a trip somewhere else they wont be responsible if you miss your transfer.
