Our own slice of paradise

The location wins all. We stayed here for 10 days and it was hard to leave. We stayed in a fan room (all we could afford) which was fine for us, but a little less robust against the intrusion of wildlife than the pricier bungalows. This didn't bother us though because the surroundings are so beautiful and the beach is right on your doorstep.
We did have a little trouble finding the place as the map implied it was near Kantiang Bay, it is not, it is right on Klong Jark beach (hence the name) just something to be aware of. Klong Jark is better than Kantiang Bay anyway.
Oh and a big thank you to the woman who runs the place, she was amazing. So friendly, capable and helpful. She helped make our stay relaxed and enjoyable and helped arrange our onward travel. If you're going to Ko Lanta try your best to stay here. It's wonderful.
