Neglected and falling apart

We walked in and walked out, forfeiting the money we had spent to stay here that we had booked and paid through Agoda. The location may be excellent , but we in no way agree with other travellers that it redeems one's experience of Klong Jark Bungalows. There are unquestionably better value places to stay on Ko Lanta on or near beautiful beaches. The owner/manager was very friendly, but this certainly didn't compensate for the sorry state of the bungalows and her obvious lack of concern. Overhearing other traveller conversations, most people felt the same and we were not the only people to leave after being shown our booked bungalow that day.

Haven on earth
Very kind and helpful personel. Highly recomend to people who don't like crowdy beaches. Very peacefull place to stay and relax!

Wonderful beach experience!
Exceptionally great staff. Setting is phenomenal. Bungalows are rustic/basic Food is excellent.
