Not in my future selection for a hotel

This hotel is not even a 3 star hotel. The doors slam on all the floors. You can hear a room door slam at the other end of the floor.
The worst of all was the front desk staff...when I walked in, they didn't even greet me.....they said "passport", then after a couple of minutes, I got preached to that only 2 bottles of water are free and you can't take the toiletries bag, its hotel property.....I was thinking wtf? ......the only thing going for this property is it's in the W District.....so lots of food and drink vendors at night right outside the hotel.
