Not Sure...

I'm not sure if I would recommend this hotel or not. The staff are very friendly/helpful. The first night everything was good. The second night - the room next to mine had a group of Chinese men who seemed to think that right outside my door was a good place to have a yelling contest for much of the night.

Cheap and in good location
