Pathetic experience with the staff at the check in - rudest I have ever seen!
We got charged for extra person but with no extra bed. the staff at check in kept saying that they are not supposed to give a bed and we are supposed to manage with the existing bedding while the real issue was that they did not have enough extra beds which they failed to admit. They kept arguing with us so that they don't have to refund even though they had charged us without providing us with an extra bed! Robbed!!
The staff was one of the worst and not suited for hospitality business since he was rude, disrespectful and lacked conviction.
We were in helpless situation as they knew we would have not checked into another hotel after having paid for the nights in full and they took advantage exactly of this. We were robbed of our rights as consumers! Her name was "Bell". I hope the management takes into consideration that customer satisfaction is key in the hospitality industry. We had an awful experience and hope other customers do not have to experience what we did.
