Simple, but not a 4 star hotel standard....

Booked GS hotel because of good rating. Nothing like the photo as advertised, bit disappointed. I booked 4 premier room and request for non-smoking type but, 1 of the room given at 6th floor is smoking room type (get to shift to non smoking room at 14th floor on second day).
Pros: - location is convenient and near BTS nana station - Nearby shop, convenient store and pharmacy - Club goers and no issues during late hour
Con: - Unpleasant receptionist regarding check in/out (Lack of interest and patience when ask, feel unwelcome) - Swimming pool basically for soaking only, the size is not for swim. - Lift setup is very inconvenient for guest with bulky luggage and disabled. - Sound insulation, can clearly hear next room closing the door.
