Pillow that caused severe neck pain

Everything is good about the hotel except the pillow which caused me a servers cervical pain & it last for a week to heal. I stayed at the hotel 2 times and both visits I got the terrible neck pain. people with problem of cervical spondylosis or neck issue should consider this during their stay.
