Excellent Hotel !!

I have stayed in many Bangkok hotels and also several of the Soi 11 hotels. This was my first stay at the a Grand Swiss and it is far superior to the others. It's cleaner and more modern. The rooms are well decorated, equipped and very comfortable. The shower was excellent. Breakfast selection was very good. The staff including the carparks attendants, receptionists, security, restaurant and room service were all polite, friendly and attentive. Very, very impressed. I have already re-booked to stay later this month and this will be my hotel of choice moving forward. I wish I had found before.

Nice and new hotel

Pillow that caused severe neck pain

Beautiful and convenient renovated hotel

Compact but unique hotel at Sukhumvit
