Perfect Location
Considering the cost to stay here the hotel was very well located next to Nana Skytrain station. Minutes from food and nightlife.
The hotel had a nice swimming pool although maybe a little small for such a big hotel.
The breakfast was very nice as the food was fresh with plenty of choices.
The rooms were a little on the small side with hit and miss views out the window. However the rooms were very clean and very well maintained with very good WiFi.
Just one gripe really! For a hotel of its size and the cost to stay there, they only had something like 12 TV channels, which is poor when you are looking for live champions league football at 3am rather than be out in the chaos of Nana Plaza where everything is shutting up at that time.
Actually one more gripe, my friends room was not ready at check in time at 2pm, this led us to change our plans for that first afternoon. When we told the staff about the inconvenience this had caused, they did not seem to take us very seriously. Eventually they offered just our friends staying in that room complimentary drinks from 5.30pm until 7pm. My friends pointed out this would be no good as they would be out from 5pm the hotel again seemed unconcerned and left it there.
Certain staff were very helpful, polite and friendly during my stay. I remember Bee and Toto being like this. Lovely girls.
