First visit Dec 2016
We have stayed in this area before and used another hotel which has recently closed for a new renovation. I wanted to keep the location the same and seen this hotel a few times by walking past , the hotel is not a large site but very close to Nana BTS.
The lobby staff and security are very professional and also helpful.
We arrived early and had planned this in advance since arriving from London to Bangkok. I had requested a early check in and this seem to be no problem but I did have to pay another 50% surcharge for the early check in at 8am in the morning vs 2pm. (1500bht)
We got a room on the 11 floor but not city facing , so be sure to choose city view facing. The rooms are very good , good condition and also well equipped with normal tv, mini fridge , and decent size.
You have to request an Iron and ironing board , sub standard*
Bathroom very clean and good size shower
Room and bed are very good
Pool area is on 7t floor and this area is breakfast area also.
Breakfast (ok ) I heard from another person this has been better in the past.
I never got a chance to see the bar on 18th floor
I will try again soon ..... not the cheapest for this standard but good staff and well trained to keep customers coming back.
