Overall pleasant stay, improvement needed

We enjoyed staying at your hotel since it is a modern, clean and tasteful hotel. The rooftop pool is definitely an asset! Nevertheless there are some issues I would like to address. The breakfast is ok, but far away from being good. The coffee and tea selection is by far not sufficient for a hotel this category. The supposed warm food was always cold. Besides that I liked the variety of the buffet I could choose from. The staff working at the hotel is ok, but I think this is one major issue to improve. Only very few people speak decent English which makes it very difficult to communicate the needs. Furthermore they give the impression that they just don't care and that they are not happy working at the hotel. A late check-out wasn't possible either which is ok, but also not a superb service. Normally in a hotel category like that it is most of the times possible even if it is just half an hour to an hour. I appreciated the cleanliness a lot. Thank you!
