Nice rooms - close to Khao San Rd - pool ok - need to use public shower at pool after checkout
I've been many times to Bangkok but it was the first time I stayed in this area as we wanted to visit the temples there again. So if you only have short time and only plan to stay in that reagion anyway it's a good place to be. Rooms are very nice and clean, nothing to complain here.
If you are planning to go to other areas of Bangkok, however, I'd not stay there again and rather go for Silom, Pratunam or even Sukhumvit.
The roof pool is "ok".. really just that in my opinion. Clean and small, nothing special. What bothered me a little bit is that there are no shower cabins to freshen up after check-out if you have a late evening flight. You will need to take your shower at the only one available directly at the pool (so in your bathing cloths). Other hotels in BKK offer a better service here which is either lockable shower cabins or even provide access to a normal guest room where you use the bath room to freshen up. That could be improved.
