Don't have a proper hotel management

Arrived at the hotel Lobby have to wait for computer to start up to get my booking confirmation. When I get the room key and get into the room. The room is not yet do house keep after the early guess. I walk down to tell the front desk, they for me the next room . when I walk in still the thing on it. I complained again. change me to 1st floor there is no view. I told them I can wait. pls clean up the room. but they try to change me to 2nd floor . when go in to the room the floor is dusty and WiFi cannot connect in the room, had to stand outside the door only can use the WiFi or stand near the room door when want to use it . at the end I use back my own phone data.
Is bad experience I have .
next week I go again will not stay there anymore.

Their water is funny.
Booking via website is obviously cheaper than walk-in at the spot. The hotel looks bright because it’s new and can see the river view even though it’s not next to it. They spend money with decoration ... อ่านต่อ

Great hotel, lots of perks, however staff do not speak English at all.
Slightly outside of town. Approx a 15minute walk so not far, hotel offers free bicycles which is a great amenity. The only downside to this hotel is that the employees we interacted with (4 separate) ... อ่านต่อ
