Arrived to a room that was as hot as a sauna and the air-con took at least 30 minutes to get the room to even a bareable temperature, (of course with a keycard that meant you couldn’t leave the air-con on at all when out of the room). Alongside that the toilet was leaking water all over the floor and the bed sheets had holes in them (never mind the awful damp smell of them when we got into bed that night!). The pool only has 2 sun loungers in the sun until well into the mid-afternoon, and over looks the ferry/speedboat piers (can not be called a beach resort!) - very unrelaxing. The location in general is not good - not being walking distance to any of the main restaurant/bar areas (and nothing really in the local vicinity either). We moved rooms after the first night (not much better), and only stayed three nights in total of our five night reservation despite not even a response from management (after multiple emails) on any sort of refund. Don’t waste your time and money!
