Accommodation below all expectations
The following problems are happening in the hotel and the room:
- swimming pool is not working
- dust every where, on the porch and in the room
- dirt everywhere next to our room
- extremely dangerous to manoevre around the pool for small kids
- noise
- no shower at the swimming pool
- we can't even use our terrace as our toilet is leaking on the terrace in front of the sea
- we can't use the jacuzzi at it is outdated and we don't trust it with our son
As a family, with a young boy of 2 years old and a pregnant wife, this was not at all what we expected for our last night in the Gulf of Thailand.
We would have appreciated the honesty to inform us about the situation prior to arrival so that we had the choice to book another accommodation.
Unfortunately, this was not the case since upon arrival we were immediately being checked in and once our passports had being copied and our credit card being charged, the hotel informed us about the pool situation...
