A basic beach hotel

This is a very basic hotel in our opinion, we paid only 37 euro so our expectations weren't high. Poor wifi, room facing a wall. Restaurant was terrible( when we had lunch) Beach is quite good, pool VERY small so we didn't even try it.
BUT: the location is great, 4 min walking to Big Buddha pier(Koh Phangan) and 10 min drive from the airport.
Close by you have great restaurants, Ocean 11 and our favorite Secret Garden( TRY IT!)

Nice Hotel but bad location
good at all, but only for f&b staff not very friendly. The beach not good for swimming , too many boats early morning. but overall good.

location no bad , swimming pool
aircond a bit noisy at midnight, the rest still ok, consider good, can rent bike at hotel, the bike is new.
