Hotel room clean and nice and tidy, bright enough and quite comfortable, very good location, very nice and friendly and helpful staffs , very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS station, 5 stars is full score, I will give 6 stars So please tell the Novotel hotel the Boss, have to Reward his employees Especially the front desk services staff and manager , they are excellent !
