Very nice hotel but poor reception
I made a booking in my name for my mother and sister in law since my father in law passed away recently and i wanted to let them break away and relax to get away from the emotional situation. What a bad experience i had when i tried to book them into the hotel! We were met by the rudest receptionist i have ever came across! She refused to book them in with the reason that my name is on the booking and if i don't stay in the hotel they will charge us Thb1000 per night extra! It is not only the refusal of booking but the total unprofessional way she dealt with us! I was so angry that i didnt even bother to get her name but she is the only pregnant lady at reception! I told her that i have been booking rooms for the past 12 years and that this is the first time anything like this has ever happened. Her reply was that she has been working at hotels for more than 12 years and she can do as she pleases! I had to call Agoda and they called the hotel and sorted it out! Thank you Agoda!
