We had a booking for 8 nights on a deluxe pool access room. When we arrived there was a stench near the balcony , being on ground floor, and the bathroom was dirty. Only thing that kept us staying was because the kids enjoyed the pool, that’s as far as it goes. On the last 2 nights we found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom on both nights and ended up checking out a day early as we could not stand it any more. Their front desk staff are terrible, on the morning after the first night there were no other guests there yet they made us stand and wait to get served. All 3 unprofessional staff. We explained our concerns and basically greeted with a shrug and not taken seriously. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone and look elsewhere. With young kids, best to go for a 5 stars, hygenie is everything. We went back to Splash Beach Mai Khao- a million times better. Don’t waste your money here.
