Bad Service , the whole Building needed to renovate

We had the worst experience in the hotel with the hotel staff. toilet water was not function, the room was not clean, towels need to rent, night time was too noisy to sleep. Location was good where you can access to anywhere you like. The food is limited for breakfast.
