Best executive club service !

Regency club undoubtedly is the best place to be, and I must say Hyatt staff takes things seriously as they will go and beyond to cater to your needs! Special shout out to Ms. Dew who made sure that I and my wife were well taken care of through our stay! Highly recommend to stay at Hyatt if you were ever to be in Phuket, do mind I have stayed in few 5-star resorts in Phuket previously, but Hyatt is the best in Phuket, trust me!
