Contaminated food and Water. Son fall sick ended up vomiting whole night. Bad service Hyatt .
One of the worst experience and never expected from Hyatt!! I hope the management read this and do an investigation. I travelled with Young children and my 9-year-old son has pasta in the hotel restaurant. After 2 hrs. (day 1) he ended up vomiting whole night. Next day when we complained we were told the doctor will take hrs. which was quite surprising for all of us. My son vomited at least 6 times in the night. Next morning the washroom water we observed was all contaminated. It was all mixed with dust literally brown in color (took Pic as proof)and we were not sure now if this was the food or the water which led my son to this condition . off course he was not drinking the wash room water but used for brush and if by any chance that went in the body. The Management tried to give us some freebies to compensate and arranged an evening dinner . The dinner was again so pathetic that we have to complain. In the end we were really looking bad to the whole management .
