Worms in bathroom

The bathroom in room 1213 is infested with black worms. It was so disgusting that i could not take a shower and had to change to another hotel as there were no other rooms available. The staff could not speak english and are very inexperienced.

Waste 30 mins to check-in
I waste almost 30 mins to find a receptionist to check-in. and the location is really difficult to find.
