Good Service, Poor rooms.

Came with a group - 8 rooms. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Minibar prices were a little steep. Safe was friendly - quick check-in and check-out. Breakfast - only two choices - American or Thai set, but food was good. Rooms are poorly constructed with poor, mis-aligned tile work, and very poor plumbing. It was impossible to adjust water to correct temperature (more than one of our group complained about this). On initial night, brown water came out of faucets. Swimming pool was clean, but very small and sandwiched between a wall and hotel - no views. Location is good - only 5 minute walk to beach.

Beautiful, contemporary design, friendly staff.
