Booked 2 Grand Suites but on arrival receptionist claimed that room type was not included in information from Agoda. Turned out that our rooms had been already been given to other guests but receptionist only revealed that after I produced Voucher from Agoda. Eventually she gave us 2 family rooms, but tried unsuccessfully to get us to pay extra. The room was OK, but located very close to live music that went on well past the 10 pm time that we were told it would finish.
Breakfast was very poor. By 8 am they had run out of orange juice and when I asked for butter for my toast the same receptionist who had handled our check in told me they had none without even checking. Oddly another staff member was able to find some in the kitchen.
