this hotel is about 5 minute scooter ride into town. close to everything but far enough at night to avoid the noise the rooms here were very clean, mini fridge in rooms, sitting area (cottage) big bathroom breakfast cooked on demand and included in price (was ok) security card to enter the hotel premises makes it safe the manager was extremely helpful with info, rides into town to catch the bus and i needed help booking an bus from two destinations outside of PAI which no agency does in PAI and the manager helped with the entire online research and phone communication in THAI. He even went to the bank for me to make the payement! A+ I recommend this place to solo, couples, or family. Very good value for the price
