Beautiful location

This is one of a number of hotels in a large multi-purpose resort and good court. The location is stunning and facilities are great however due to Covid many of the facilities are closed. Also due to Covid services seem to have been effected. House keeping didn't clean the room and we were charged for additional pillow and blanket despite the fact that the room only had two belows instead of the standard four for double room

Room was not cleaned properly
Found some hair and dirt in the room. Finger prints from previous guest still left on the mirror.

Great room! but bad entrance/exit!

Good hotel but very bad located
The resort is new and very clean. However if you want to stay there, you need to know it's quite troublesome to go to other area such as white sand beach. Hotel provide shuttle every hour to bring you... อ่านต่อ
