For the price you pay and supposedly 5 Stars, it doesn't quite hit the mark. We really enjoyed it though, but service was hit and miss. They meant well but they just didn't seem to have it all covered... อ่านต่อ

We loved Koh Kut. Overall Hotel is good, but is not a 5 star. We loved the location. Surprisingly we found that breakfast was probably one of the best we have ever had in Thailand. On the last night housekeeping forgot to clean bathroom and we ended up with a lot of send in the bathtub and shower. Majority of the staff is falling behind the normal 5 star standards. For example: on arrival we were promised by a host that we will get welcome drinks to the room - NEVER arrived. Massage ladies are totally loose and loud - walking around the resort nearly shouting at each other. At check out they tried to ping 100 THB cost for a Chocolate and it took them long to investigate and remove it from the bill. We know that this is management issue, staff is afraid that this 100THB will be deducted from their salary. but in a real 5 star this would never happen that people at the check out with 10k THB F&B bill will be kept waiting for a 100THB chocolate mistake. this last part ruined our impression for good about the stay. GM was there at the lobby at that moment but did nothing and just shared the same boat with us on the way back to the mainland. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE are most important guest experiences which hotel did not get right at all! Hope management sees that and does something about it!
