Some points excellent some not so good
Overall it is great... but a number of issues. When we were arrived we were very dissapointed. By the time we left we were very happy. So...
The boat pick up and waiting area was great and the staff there good. When we arrived at the resort, we were greeted and shown around by an Indian guy who was very irritating, and made inappropriate jokes that were not funny. This straight away gave us a very bad impression. The villa was very nice but the private pool was totally exposed and had a path running right next to it, so no privacy at all. We were a little dissapointed the resort was not secluded and as there a number of other resorts either side ot it.
We complained about the irritating guy who welcomed us to the resort and showed us around and also complained that the villa private pool was exposed and not private. I have to say the other staff were excellent. They apologised and moved us to a beach villa which was nothing short of amazing in every way. So they did react to our dissapointed to very well and rectified it quickly. The guy was called jo. Food was great especially the private dinner in the birds nest which was very memorable. The waiter who served us was called Raymond and he was fantastic.
The resort is immacultale amd has a beautiful pool and beach front and the villa was huge and perfect.
