Perfect for the price

This hotel is about 10mins walk to central festival shopping mall along the main road, which could be a little daunting and dusty with the traffic, but for the price paid, i have no complaints. We walked there everyday, so it is definitely do-able once you get used to it. The room itself is spacious and very clean and new. There is a seafood restaurant just beside the hotel if you dont want to walk to central festival for food. Other than this, you do need transport to go anywhere else. Staff are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you have a budget below Usd40.

Good place for living
