A Descent Place to Crash for A Solo Traveler

It’s a good place to stay for a few nights as a solo traveler. There are a few things I would like to highlight:
Positive: - 24 hour reception - Clean room - Spacious room - Water heater works all the time - AC works fine - Close to Bangla Road and Patong Beach (approx 800 m) - Close to convenient store, restaurants, and massage parlour
Negative: - Noise from a nearby boxing stadium - TV channel is in bad quality - Wifi lagging - No toothpaste (only soap and shampoo) - Small gym room - Small swimming pool

Good location, staff are friendly except cleaning staff are not as friendly. Overall is ok
