Good location but not helpful female staff

Location of this hotel is very good. However, the staff service is very bad especially the lady with short hair. we wanted to book a car to airport on the last day of staying as we have a morning flight. Nevertheless, the female staff keep asking us to reconfirm the booking everyday which we did till the last day, where we are confirming with the female staff in the morning and noon but she keep mentioning to ask us to reconfirm with them again and again. till at night, i went to the counter to have one last confirm but the male staff mention there is no booking which took us as surprise. Lucky the male staff is very helpful and ensure us that he will ensure our transport which it did.

Good Location, Clean Room
