We came to the hotel after a long journey (Koh Kood is far away from civilization),the weather was very bad, we were the only guests in the hotel, all the facilities including the restaurant and bar were closed.
we had been served dinner in the hotels lobby (only one table and the reception), the food was absolutely non eatable.
Most of the night there was no AC as there was no electricity in the hotel at all.
In the morning as we served breakfast (in the same table in the lobby), we checked out from the hotel and got back to mainland to find another better place to be.
We paid an enormous amount of money (more then 1000$ for three nights) and we ran away after less then 24 hours.
Furthermore, we paid 2000 baht for dinner and no one offered us refund for the days we didn't stay in the hotel!

We are a couple over 50's and we are a very experienced travelers, we travel all over the world including 5 times in Thailand, we never experience such a bad time as in this hotel.
