Great holiday spot!

We arrived earlier than the stipulated checking time and as we were prepared for, check in time was strictly at 2pm as they were fully booked. So they helped us book a taxi service and held our bags while we travelled to get our necessities.
We were really amazed at the size of the villa and how well equipped they were (there's a fully furnished kitchen). The villa was also really clean.
The staff were very efficient and responsive to requests - they even gave a complimentary birthday cake when they saw it was one of our birthdays!
Location is a bit far off but we travelled fine by using grab or the taxi service they provided - transport is easily available everywhere. Room service is from 7 to 5pm but we found that the concierge is open till 6/7pm and we could ask for their help or book for the next day's room service then.
Really satisfied with it!

Pool filter is faulty!
