Not bad but a bit rundown

Staff were good. Location wise was in the middle of Phuket not too near the sea. There is a little grocery store just outside a small road hence very convenient. The issue is there are only 1 pot and 1 frying pan for cooking which was not taken care of very well. Non stick pan bottom was already a goner before usage. Will be good if its being replaced.
We chose the so called premium villa with higher end furnishings but sadly some furniture had already chipped off. Not really well maintained ...
Swimming pool is deep yah at around 1.7mtr so ensure you have your kids' floats and buoy for yourself if you don't swim well.

Good but facilities were dilapidated

Hotel was located in a pleasant location well designed and impressive build in private pools so much delightful staying in such villa with good customer service also foods merely delicious 👍👍

Wonderful experience!!!
Great service, if check in too late, the security guard will help. Great view with the private pool. The size is perfect for couples!!!! Clean and the kitchen is good!
