We landed from international flight after a 10 hour early. As we understand the check in time & hotel policies we did expect to get a room upon availability as promised when making the booking. After waiting for 5 hours at the lobby and noticing many check out's we were told that we would get the room in the afternoon even if it was available as per the policy. The receptionist was rude and nasty.
The worst and most unbelievable experience occurred when a staff was caught outside our room when we were changing in the bedroom. Upon raising an alarm they ran away leaving a duplicate key behind in the living room of the villa, else they would have denied entering. They then, said it was the house keeping, but there was no knock on the door or ringing the door bell and no house keeping material.
The management has been apologizing profoundly but compromising your guests privacy is not acceptable under any cost!
