Very good in parts.

This is really a motel, some way out of town due to roads and bridges. There are free bicycles and a secret route into town down a soi with many dogs, but otherwise there is only a 200 Baht taxi ride into town. The motel Is new and the units clean and functional. There is no coffee making equipment in the regular units. The front desk staff are quite willing and helpful, but the food service staff would rather not be at work, and the breakfast was dreadful . We took the 20 minute walk into town and paid again for a breakfast. There is another restaurant close by in the middle of a lake with many fish. Here the staff are willing and the food good. The pool is very useful but a bit crowded after school with lessons.

Nice place to stay a day or two with young childre

Average at best
Average facilities. The sliding doors had a 5mm gap when closed. Allowing mosquitoes in. Woeful breakfast. Unhappy staff.

Resort style.
Rooms were of a good size. Staff were helpful in giving directions and places of interest.
