Superb hotel with excellent location, cleanliness, big airy hotel lobby, very centralised restaurant for breakfast. The duty manager was very friendly and hospitable. The mirror in our room was hanging precariously due to the suction caps. We reported the issue. The duty manager immediately told us that the repair work might take a whole day. She offered us the hotel villa for the night. We declined as we didn't want to move room. Told her that it was ok without the mirror. She was very apologetic and said our dinner will be on the hotel since we didn't want the villa. Unfortunately we have to decline the offer as we had prior arrangement for dinner with a friend. Then she asked what she could do for us. We requested for a hotel transfer to the airport, which she agreed. This is the way an 5 star hotel should be, if it had indeed inconvenience the guests. Please keep up the good work!
