World class hospitality

I arranged an early check that was done very efficiently. The room was beautiful, immaculate & stylishly furnished. Even thoug the room was near the foyer, there was never any disturbance or noise of any kind, even with light entertainment on most nights. Breakfast was scrumptious with a wide selection of dishes. It would have been nice to have had Halaal options though. The pool was amazing, especially at night. Thai hoslitality & service excellence is evident at all levels, from reception & housekeeping to restaurant staff & security. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Mercure again the next time I'm in Patong.

Pool Access room customers can enjoy complimentary tea at clubhouse. Definitely a remarkable bonus.

Good and Clean Hotel; 10 -15 minutes to Patong central. When we stayed the steam rooms were not working Very good/ Yummy breakfast and Seafood on friday.

Great Location
Great location right in the middle of Patong area, perfect for nightlife, restaurants and daily tours. The Hotel is new, extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and always available.
