Satisfied

Hotel was satisfactory, room had nice furnishing, beds were comfortable. Had the usual amenities and complimentary water. We stayed for three nights over the Easter break. Main complaints are that the pool was a tad small and the buffet breakfast got a bit boring after the second day. Bath towels were not provided on night 1, they gave us towels on night 2 but then they disappeared again on night 3 - I guess housekeeping still requires some consistency. Location was good, walkable distance to the Patong beach and shops/markets. However, overall not really value for money considering the lower price of other hotels in Phuket and the fact that it didn't really feel like a five star hotel.
